of your BusinessManager staff.
BusinessManager Training Seminars are just one of many ways that Goldleaf provides ongoing
support to its clients. Classes are led by Goldleaf personnel who are experts in banking,
marketing, technology - and especially in the BusinessManager program.
Seminars
BusinessManager Basics
BusinessManager Basics is a two-day, beginning-level seminar for your bank's key
Credit Officer and Process Coordinator.
- Credit Officers explore business development and credit issues such as prospecting,
presentations, pricing, underwriting, documentation, monitoring and insurance.
- Process Coordinators learn how to perform the operational tasks of the program and
gain hands-on knowledge of the BusinessManager software and Wired Internet site.
Topics include accounting, daily operations, monthly procedures, and monitoring.
BusinessManager Coffee Break
Learn and earn from your own desk! BusinessManager Coffee Break is a series of FREE monthly
BusinessManager operations webinars. Attend 8 of the 12 webinars in 2008 and earn a $100
Visa gift card from the Goldleaf Training Department. These 30-minute webinars focus on
operational topics to help you improve processing efficiencies and learn more about the

BusinessManager Advanced Operations
Designed for the experienced Process Coordinator, advanced operations seminars are
scheduled periodically to further explore BusinessManager operational issues. Topics
include preparing closing documents, insurance, reporting and risk management.
BusinessManager for Loan Officers
If you are a loan officer and want to learn more about how BusinessManager can benefit
both your bank and your business customers, this seminar is for you. You'll learn:
- How to identify business characteristics and industries that fit well with the program
- How to effectively market the program to existing and new prospects
- How BusinessManager compares to other types of financing
- Risk mitigation techniques - including underwriting the merchant, analysis of the
accounts receivable documentation, BusinessManager insurance, and effective monitoring
procedures
