Is your bank new to BusinessManager? Has your bank assigned new staff to your BusinessManager team? Or do you just want to learn more about your program responsibilities? Goldleaf offers client banks numerous opportunities for ongoing training and development of your BusinessManager staff.

BusinessManager training seminars are led by Goldleaf personnel who are experts in banking, marketing, and technology. The instructors bring their vast knowledge and skills to the BusinessManager training seminars to deliver a valuable learning experience for your bank’s BusinessManager staff.

BusinessManager Basics

BusinessManager Basics is a two-day, beginning-level seminar for your bank’s designated Program Director and Process Coordinator. This event is also beneficial for any credit officer or loan officer working with the program at your bank. The intent of this comprehensive seminar is to fully prepare bank personnel to work with the program.

Step 1 - Choose the educational track that best suits your program role and responsibilities:

• Credit and Marketing Track - If you are the designated Program Director or a credit officer or loan officer involved with BusinessManager credit decisions or marketing efforts, this track is designed for you. Topics include business development, prospecting, comparisons to other types of financing, monitoring and risk mitigation techniques, underwriting, and insurance.
• Operations Track - If you are the designated Process Coordinator, backup processor, or if you oversee the operations area, this track is designed for you. Topics include accounting, daily and monthly operational activities, monitoring, reports, and insurance.

Step 2 - Select a BusinessManager Basics seminar date:

Because Goldleaf currently supports several versions of the BusinessManager application and web tools designed to operate the program, please pay close attention when selecting a training date. The BusinessManager Basics seminar is offered in two different formats:

• BusinessManager Basics - Choose one of these seminar dates if (a) your bank outsources the processing functions to Goldleaf and uses the BusinessManager Wired website to operate the program, (b) your bank is self-processing using BusinessManager version 7.1, or (c) your bank is self-processing using BusinessManager version 6.2.
• BusinessManager Gold Basics - Choose one of these seminar dates if (a) your bank outsources the processing functions to Goldleaf and uses the BusinessManager Gold website to operate the program, or (b) your bank is self-processing using the BusinessManager Gold website and supported applications.

BusinessManager Coffee Break

Learn more about the BusinessManager product from your own desk. BusinessManager Coffee Break is a FREE monthly webinar series designed to increase your operations, credit, and marketing knowledge. These 30-minute webinars, open to all BusinessManager bank personnel, focus on a unique BusinessManager topic with different guest speakers each month. BusinessManager Advanced Operations and Credit Conference

This advanced training event is offered annually to experienced BusinessManager Program Directors and Process Coordinators. This event is also beneficial for any credit officer or loan officer working with the program at your bank. The Advanced Operations and Credit Conference explores marketing opportunities, spotlights banks that are operating successful BusinessManager programs, and pinpoints key operational efficiencies.
